We stand behind every piece we ship. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re in original, resale-ready condition. Below is everything you need to know to return or exchange your item quickly.
Eligibility & Condition
- Return window: 30 days from the date your package shows delivered.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage.
- All original tags, labels, stickers, and manufacturer packaging must be included.
- Include any extras shipped with your order (bags, cards, stickers, etc.).
- Each tee ships with measured specs and a condition card; please return these in the package.
Non‑returnable Items
- Final sale/clearance items (marked “Final Sale”).
- Underwear/socks or other intimate garments.
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Customized or altered items.
- Worn, washed, or noticeably used items.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We can exchange for the same item if inventory is available. If not, we’ll process a refund and you can place a new order for the correct item.
- Contact support with your order number and the size/color you want.
- We’ll hold the replacement for 5 business days after issuing your RMA.
- Exchanges follow the same condition and inspection standards as returns.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, item(s), and reason.
- We’ll reply with an RMA number and packing instructions.
- Pack items securely in the original or similar protective packaging and write the RMA on the outer label.
- Ship with a trackable service. Share the tracking link by replying to the same email thread.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged. If we provide a prepaid label at your request, we’ll deduct the label cost from your refund.
Refunds
- Processing time: 3–5 business days from when the return is delivered to our facility.
- Refunds go to the original payment method only. Timing depends on your bank/card issuer.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
- If items arrive not in original condition, we may return them to you or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the issue, the packaging, and the packing slip.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid label when applicable.
International Returns
- International customers may return eligible items within the 30‑day window.
- Return shipping, customs, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
- Mark the parcel as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional import charges. Duties and taxes are non‑refundable through Roofigari.
Holiday Extended Window
Orders placed from November 15 to December 31 qualify for an extended return window through January 15 of the following year, provided items remain in original condition.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, we can issue store credit to the recipient upon receiving the return in acceptable condition. Please provide the order number if available, or the purchaser’s name and email.
Fees & Packaging
- No restocking fees for items returned in original, resale‑ready condition.
- Missing tags, heavy wrinkling, odors, or damaged packaging may reduce your refund to cover cleaning or repackaging.
- Use adequate outer protection. Items damaged in transit due to poor packing may be denied.
