Order Processing Times

  • Standard processing: 1–2 business days.
  • Order cutoff: 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after cutoff process the next business day.
  • Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding US holidays).
  • Preorders/backorders: Ship by the date window shown on the product page. Orders containing a preorder may ship together when all items are available.
  • Verification checks: Orders flagged for address or payment review may require additional time.

Heads up: During peak drops and holidays, processing may extend by 1–2 business days.

United States Shipping

Carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Options and pricing are shown at checkout based on address, weight, and speed.

  • Economy: 3–7 business days
  • Standard: 2–5 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day to most metro areas
  • Free US Economy shipping on orders $99+ (after discounts, pre-tax). Oversized/heavy items may be excluded.
  • Signature confirmation may be added to orders $250+ or at our discretion for delivery security.
  • PO Boxes: Shipped via USPS only (some services unavailable).
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS. Transit times vary by destination and military processing.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most destinations via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

  • Standard International: 6–12 business days
  • Express International: 3–5 business days
  • Duties/Taxes: Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You are responsible for any VAT, duties, and customs fees charged by your country.
  • Customs clearance can add extra days to the estimates above.
  • We cannot mark orders as gifts or reduce declared value.
  • Some regions may be excluded or limited due to carrier restrictions or service suspensions.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking is emailed when your order ships. It may take 24 hours to update after the first scan.
  • “Delivered” but missing: Wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building staff. If still missing, contact your local carrier office and then reach out to us within 3 days.
  • Delivery instructions: We pass notes to carriers when possible, but they are not guaranteed.
  • Package protection: We help file carrier claims for loss or damage. Resolutions depend on the carrier’s investigation.
  • Weather and carrier delays are outside our control. We’ll support you with updates and options.

Address Changes, Returns to Sender, and More

  • Address changes: Request within 60 minutes of ordering during business hours. After dispatch, rerouting may not be possible.
  • Refused/undeliverable packages: If returned to us, we can reship (additional postage) or refund the item price minus original shipping.
  • Split shipments: We may ship items separately at no extra charge if it speeds up delivery.
  • Gift orders: Prices are not included on packing slips. Gift messages not available at this time.
  • Packaging: Most orders ship in recyclable mailers or boxes with protective inner packaging.

What carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, and FedEx for US orders; USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for international shipments.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free US Economy on orders $99+ after discounts (pre-tax). Exclusions may apply for oversized items.
Will I pay duties/taxes on international orders?
Yes. International orders are DDU. The recipient is responsible for VAT, duties, and customs fees.
Can you ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?
Yes. PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO ship via USPS. Some services are unavailable and transit times may be longer.
What if my package is late or lost?
If it’s late, check tracking for scans and local notices. For loss or damage, contact us—claims are filed with the carrier and outcomes depend on their investigation.
Do you require a signature?
Orders $250+ may require signature confirmation at our discretion for security.
